GWSB Professor Receives Fulbright Specialist Program Award
Herbert J. Davis, professor of strategic management and international affairs in the GW School of Business, was announced as a recipient of a Fulbright Specialist Program award.
The Fulbright Specialist Program, a flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, provides support for scholars and other professionals with significant experience and expertise in their field with the opportunity to engage in research projects focused on critical global issues at host institutions abroad.
Davis will complete his project at Joao Saldanha University in Timor-Leste in Southeast Asia. The project, which is set to begin June 30, is aimed at fostering the exchange of knowledge and establishing bilateral partnerships through educational and training activities focused on business administration.
