Lisa Delpy-Neirotti, professor of sport management and director of the master of science in sport management program, hosted a George Washington University Olympic reunion and watch party with GW School of Business alumni at the Wunder Garten in Washington, D.C., on Aug. 2.

The group of more than 20 former classmates and Olympians connected at the venue because of the outdoor location and Olympic trivia night. This community has been cultivated over nearly 30 years as Dr. Delpy-Neirotti has taken students to the games in person for Olympic experiential education.

Later this month, Dr. Delpy-Neirotti will be in Tokyo for the Paralympic Games where Shahrad Nasajpour, an incoming GWSB student, will be competing in discus for the Refugee team.
