The George Washington University held its eighth Inaugural Ball Sunday night at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Northwest Washington, celebrating the university’s politically active campus in the heart of Washington, D.C., four blocks from the White House.

The longstanding tradition has been held every four years since 1993, with a break in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as a bipartisan, only-at-GW experience for the GW community to dust off their dancing shoes and enjoy a special evening with friends.

GW student photographers Lily Speredelozzi, Sarah Hochstein and Florence Shen captures photos of the event.
