University Wins Two Regional Emmy Awards

The Office of Marketing and Creative Services, housed in the George Washington University’s Division of External Relations, won two Emmy Awards Saturday from the National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter. 

Financing a GW Education won in the category of “Graphics-Animation,” and #OnlyatGW videos won in the category of “Commercial Campaign.”

Videos from the GW Virtual Tour were nominated in both categories as well.

“We are thrilled to be recognized for our work and honored to be telling the stories of our students, faculty, staff and alumni every day,” Associate Vice President of Marketing and Creative Services Leah Rosen said.

Staff who contributed to these projects received statuettes at the 57th Annual Emmy Awards Gala in Bethesda, Md.
