Ruth is a writer/editor for GW Today. She covers GW Law, the Graduate School of Education and Human Development, the College of Professional Studies, service learning and civic engagement, entrepreneurship, veterans’ initiatives, Title IX and sexual assault prevention.

Ruth is a D.C. native and a graduate of Williams College. Before coming to GW, she was a writer in Chicago and worked on the 2008 Barack Obama campaign in Akron, Ohio. She volunteers as an ESL teacher and also enjoys cooking, painting and learning about unlikely animal friendships.
