Rachel oversees the editorial team in GW’s Office of Communications and Marketing, which produces GW Today and GW Magazine as well as other online and print publications.
She previously served as senior editorial director and director of publications at the university. In these roles, she managed, wrote and edited for a wide range of GW publications.
Prior to joining GW, Rachel held a variety of writing and editing positions, including managing editor for the Association of American Medical Colleges and assistant director of communications at Georgetown University School of Business.
She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
