The annual Proud to Be GW festival took place on June 5 and June 6 on the Foggy Bottom and Virginia Science and Technolgy (VSTC) campuses. University employees enjoyed free food from a variety of food trucks, music, games, artists' caricatures, GW swag and other giveaways.

Human Resource Management and Development hosted the two-day event. The Foggy Bottom celebration was in University Student Center, and the VSTC celebration was held outside of Enterprise Hall. Proud to Be GW is held every year to recognize the contributions of GW staff and faculty and to express gratitude for their service to the university.
