Presidential Search Committee Chair Madeleine Jacobs announced today that national executive search firm Isaacson, Miller has been selected to assist in the university’s search for its 17th president.
Isaacson, Miller will aid in identifying a highly qualified and diverse pool of candidates. The firm will advise the search committee at each stage of the recruitment process.
“Isaacson, Miller has an extensive record of recruiting exceptional leaders,” Ms. Jacobs said. “The committee looks forward to their expertise throughout the search process.”
Isaacson, Miller is the largest higher education executive search practice in the United States. Its searches have included presidents, chancellors and deans for many of the country’s leading universities, colleges and academic medical centers.
The Board of Trustees announced the launch of the presidential search process in late June. Updates will continue to be shared with the university community, including opportunities to provide input to the board and search committee via forums to be held this fall.
Information on the search process will continue to be posted on the presidential search website. The board is expected to make its selection in the spring of 2017.
