Three students from the George Washington University School of Business were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the GW Investment Institute (GWII) during the 2025 GWII Leadership Awards Ceremony, which was held in the spring.
The GWII Leadership Award is made possible through the generosity of GWII Advisory Board member Greg Wong. The award honors students who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and made consistent, meaningful contributions to the work of the GW Investment Institute. Each award recipient receives $2,000 and formal recognition from the institute.
The 2025 GWII Leadership Award recipients are Madison Bachmayer, Joshua Hanft and Jenna Ross, who are finance majors at GWSB.
Since the award program began in 2020, GWII has recognized 22 student leaders and awarded a total of $28,000. The program continues to celebrate students who exemplify dedication, leadership and excellence in the university’s investment community.
