Linda Lemos, M.P.S.’21, has published a book titled, “Can the Law Regulate Social Media and Should It? Social Media Regulation in the United States, Comparative Law and Constitutional Rights.”
The book addresses whether the law should regulate social media. Lemos offers via international law the different perspectives of other countries and how those countries have regulated social media. The book also addresses how the constitutional rights of Americans is applicable to social media and what individual rights should be considered before passing such laws.
