Grace Henry joined the George Washington University in 1999. She currently is director of Diversity and Inclusion at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she works with the SMHS community to assess and implement strategies and programs that are designed to increase and enhance diversity at all levels. In her job, she also works to promote a positive institutional culture and climate, and to cultivate a community of excellence where all are welcomed and feel valued.
