Herman Aguinis, the Avram Tucker Distinguished Scholar and Professor of Management at George Washington School of Business, has been named to Clarivate’s 2025 list of the world’s most highly cited researchers. This prestigious recognition identifies the top 1% of scholars whose published work has been most frequently cited by their peers, reflecting contributions to advancing global knowledge.
Aguinis is among just 81 researchers worldwide recognized in the category of economics and business and has earned this distinction for eight consecutive years. His interdisciplinary research focuses on behavioral and policy issues surrounding the global acquisition and deployment of talent, as well as the intersection of behavioral science, data science, and organizational performance.
