This year, GW’s open enrollment includes a new online system, a call center and comprehensive guide. As in past years, open enrollment covers medical, dental, life insurance, tuition, flexible spending and retirement benefits. Elections will be effective Jan. 1, 2010.
“This year we've made a series of enhancements to the University’s open enrollment experience,” says Janet Monaco, manager of health and welfare benefits. “We're very excited about the launch of the EasyEnroll Enrollment system,” says Ms. Monaco. “This enhanced system will make the University’s benefits enrollment process quick and easy and will provide employees with statements confirming their elections.”
In addition, a dedicated GW Benefits call center is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., during open enrollment to assist with any questions or concerns employees have regarding the enrollment system or GW benefit offerings. “Don’t miss this once in a year opportunity,” says Ms. Monaco.
