The book discusses the evolution of housing prices, shadow banking and securitization in the world’s two largest economies over the last twenty years. The book focuses on the "dance" between housing markets and shadow banking, its ups and downs, and differences in dance styles between the U.S. and China. “When Housing Markets Meet Shadow Banking” is scheduled for release in December 2023.
