Global financial services firm BTIG named Andrew Maller, B.S. ’08, as co-head of SPAC Investment Banking, a move that BTIG says in a press release will enable the company to continue to support their clients, including SPAC Sponsors, companies and investors who understand the strategic role SPACs play in helping companies access the U.S. public markets.
Maller joined BTIG’s SPAC Investment Banking group in 2019. Prior to BTIG, Maller was at RBC for eight years where, most recently, he was in the Alternative Investors Group providing banking coverage for SPACs, family offices, alternative asset managers, diversified holding companies and high net worth individuals
