Neenia Barlatt-Higgins, Ed.D. ‘22, is a senior manager at Accenture. She received the 2023 Outstanding Dissertation Award from the University Council for Workforce and Human Resource Education (UCWHRE) for her paper, "Trailblazers in Hospitality: Career Advancement Experiences of Women of Color Executives." GSHED professor Maria Cseh served as Barlatt-Higgins' adviser.
The UCWHRE Outstanding Dissertation Award is given to recognize a doctoral graduate's contributions to the knowledge base of the human resources field.
