Elliott School associate professor Stephen B. Kaplan's book, Globalizing Patient Capital: The Political Economy of Chinese Finance in the Americas (Cambridge University Press), was awarded the 2023 Luciano Tomassini International Relations Book Award, presented by the Latin American Studies Association.
This award is presented to the author of an outstanding book on Latin American foreign policies and international relations.
