On Friday, the School of Media and Public Affairs hosted a gallery launch for its new multimedia exhibition, "Blacktivism: The New Generation," curated by Professor Imani M. Cheers and organized by School of Media and Public Affairs students Nana Agyemang, Lanie Edwards and Zinhle Essamuah. The opening featured a musical performance by One Common Unity and celebrated the work of more than 20 contemporary artists. The exhibit will be on display at SMPA through May 2016.
