Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont), one of the defining voices of the 2016 election year, will stop at George Washington University’s Lisner Auditorium at 7 p.m. Nov. 16 for a conversation about his book, “Our Revolution,” a memoir that includes his campaign for the presidency. In the book, Mr. Sanders writes that he will continue to fight for a more equitable and just country. “Our Revolution” is scheduled to be released on Nov. 15.
Tickets for the conversation with Mr. Sanders will be available online at noon Oct. 17.
A limited number of tickets will be available for students for $10.00 at the Lisner Box Office, which is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The limited number $10 tickets are for admission only and do not include a copy of Mr. Sanders’ book.
The event is a conversation format. It is not a public book signing. A limited number of randomly selected, full-price ticket purchasers will receive a copy of “Our Revolution” signed by Mr. Sanders. Additional copies will be available for purchase at the event.

GW and Politics & Prose also are presenting a conversation with Pulitzer Prize-winning Washington Post reporter Wesley Lowery, who will discuss his book, “They Can't Kill Us All: Ferguson, Baltimore, and a New Era in America's Racial Justice Movement.”
The book chronicles Mr. Lowery’s indefatigable reporting and hundreds of interviews with people in Ferguson, Missouri; Cleveland; Charleston; and Baltimore in the aftermath of controversial fatal shootings, most often of black males.
One of The Washington Post's lead reporters covering the Black Lives Matter movement, Mr. Lowery was part of the team awarded the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting for the Post's coverage of police shootings.
The conversation with Mr. Lowery is 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at Jack Morton Auditorium.
Tickets are available online starting at noon Oct. 17. A limited number of student tickets are available for $5.00 at the Lisner Box Office. The $5 student tickets are for admission only and do not include a copy of Mr. Lowery’s book.
