The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs has received two awards from the Association of Schools of International Affairs (APSIA). The awards are an annual recognition program to celebrate the hard work and innovation in the APSIA community. In 2024, APSIA received nominations for 13 members and five affiliates in six countries. Representatives of APSIA institutions evaluated each nominee before announcing the winners on April 22.

The Elliott School received the inclusion award for the Generations Dialogue Project, which was highlighted for championing representation and diversity. The second accolade, the innovation award, was presented to the school for the Data Analytics for Policy Professionals initiative, a flexible, short-term program bridging data science with international affairs and public policy.
