CNN anchor Anderson Cooper will host a discussion on gun control with a panel of today’s leading voices on the issue from the George Washington University’s Jack Morton Auditorium on Thursday.
The event is hosted by CNN and is by invitation only. A limited number of tickets were allocated to the university; students and faculty who were invited were chosen from a variety of schools, departments and student organizations.
The “Guns Under Fire” town hall will be taped Thursday afternoon and broadcast at 8 p.m. on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360°. A transcript and video will be available after the show airs.
